Single Valve Bugle

Okay, so this bugle has a few dents.  There is nothing on the bell that cannot be repaired.  There are dents on tubing that can be addressed.  The tuning slide is stuck.  The mouthpiece is stuck.  The pinky support is bent.  There is a piece of tubing that the mouthpiece is inserted into that appears as if it was intentially soldered at an angle.  The spit valve works well.  The pitch valve works well.  While I can read the instrument was made in the US I cannot make out the manufacturer.  There are joints that have been soldered.
If I was to guess, the mouthpiece apears to be about a 7C.  The bore of the instrument at the point where the mouthpiece enters is .470".  The bugle is about the same size as a b flat trumpet.
