Inter Service Vintage Bugle Estate Item

This is an Inter Service Vintage Bugle. From a local estate. I don't know much about it or its history ?? Maybe British Army ??
Cosmetics-Good overall for its age. It would make a fairly nice display item. Body has some dents and general wear from use. Deeper dent on the side bell area. Additionally the grooves have some hard residue from former cleaning.
